MPG - Model T0060 -Telescopic Boom Cranes
The crane features an extension group consisting of five booms—four telescopic (movable) and one fixed—reaching from 10.30 meters to 40.00 meters. Thanks to a special system and software, the boom group can be extended using a single cylinder, giving the machine a structural weight advantage. This enables the crane to lift heavier loads at longer distances with less energy consumption. With the help of its mechanical boom, the telescopic crane allows comfortable operation in difficult-to-access areas. The mechanical boom, which can be set at three different angles, makes work on rooftops easier. Combined with the mechanical boom, the maximum reach of the crane extends to 56.00 meters.
The lifting cylinder, driven by a variable displacement pump, enables the boom to operate within an angle range of 0 to 82 degrees.
All functions can be proportionally controlled via two joysticks. Additionally, two operator panels allow real-time monitoring of warnings, alerts, load moment diagrams, cabin ventilation, and other equipment. All sensors and motors communicate via the CAN-BUS protocol.
Driven by an orbit motor and a planetary gear reducer, the system includes a brake release mechanism, allowing it to bear load directly on the central axis. The reducer’s flow demand is supplied via a fixed displacement pump.
The counterweight consists of modular blocks totaling 9 tons, which can be easily mounted and dismounted. With the help of the hydraulic system, these blocks can be lifted automatically.

Manufactured from high yield strength material, the front and rear outriggers are extended using three hydraulic cylinders each (two horizontal, one vertical). They are controlled via joysticks mounted on the chassis. Balance sensors are located in the electrical control panel on the chassis, enabling automatic leveling.
