mpSmart - Dosing Flow Sensor System

With mpSmart-Dosing, Bartels Mikrotechnik has developed an intelligent dosing system that can be used to monitor and control the widest range of processes, especially in the areas of medical technology, diagnostics and pharmaceuticals. It’s also conceivable that innovative applications may come on stream for the procedures, products and methods in the fields of biotechnology, cell handling or cell cultivation.

The mpSmart-Dosing system is made up of our mp6 micropump, the SLF3s-1300F liquid flow sensor from SENSIRION and an electronic control unit that has been specifically adapted for the system. The essential parameters for each of the applications can be controlled, monitored and regulated digitally. Flow speeds can be increased or reduced as needed. Variance from the target value for the flow rate is less than 5% and this is independent of the medium and environmental influences.

The dosing system makes it possible for data to be transferred automatically with follow-up documentation.
