RisenMud Recycling Systems

SHARE

A mud recycling system, or drilling waste management system, can be used not only at oil and gas drilling sites, but also at municipal engineering sites. Every mud recycling system would be composed of main solids control equipment including a shale shaker, a mud cleaner, a centrifuge, feeding pumps, and a mud tank. The aim of using these systems is to deal with the drilling mud delivered out of a drilling rig or drilling tool and delivered by screw conveyors into these systems. The equipment will screen out solid phases in drilling mud, so that the drilling mud after cleaning can be delivered back into the hole for reuse. In this way, the costs on buying mud materials can be saved, and the probability and frenquency of sticking of the drilling tools can be reduced.

Our mud recycling system can be used for drilling rigs ranging from 250HP to 3000HP. For municipal engineering projects like Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD), Coal Bed Methane (CBM) Drilling, Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) drilling, and Bored Pile and Trenchless drilling. Typical capacity of the system are: 30 m3/h, 45 m3/h, 90 m3/h, 140 m3/h, and 180 m3/h.
