The MUDCLEANER TRUCK is a cutting-edge solution for drilling mud recycling using the Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) process. This innovative vehicle minimizes water consumption and waste generation, thus reducing disposal costs and environmental impact. The MUDCLEANER system allows the process water to be reused multiple times, which significantly enhances the efficiency of the drilling rig by minimizing the need for frequent trips to obtain fresh water and dispose of drilling mud. The system is fully automated and can be controlled from any drilling rig, making it extremely user-friendly. A single, short briefing is sufficient for operators to manage the vehicle independently, ensuring maximum flexibility and independence for HDD projects of various sizes. This makes the MUDCLEANER TRUCK ideal for small to medium-sized projects with a throughput capability of up to 150 cubic meters per day.
