The main differences with the PocketLIM 5G are:
- A smaller screen, 4.3 “instead of 5” or 7 “;
- No buttons to access the various menus, single use of the touch screen;
- No 3G/4G GPRS modem;
- Wifi module optional;
- No access to NaviLIM & Drill@LIM functions.
The recorded data (BOR) is stored and transferred via USB to be processed with LIMSoft windows software or in the cloud with GEO-LOG 4 web application.
- CAN BUS Technology is used for data transmission between sensors and acquisition unit, the installation and maintenance are so simplified;
- Two CAN BUS networks (LIM CAN BUS & Machine CAN BUS);

- 4 buttons located below the screen double the touch screen functions;
- Very large memory capacity (2GB corresponding to millions meters or ft);
- Automatic synchronization and data transfer to USB and/or your computer using 3G/4G GPRS modem or WIFI hotspot;
- With Geo- Log 4 and LIM @ Mail data management Internet software, automatic generation of your geotechnical report;
- Possibility of remote access for maintenance and help to the driller;
