MultiMount - Model SWB505 -Weigh Modules – Multi Purpose
For Efficient Installation and High Accuracy. SWB505 MultiMount weigh modules let you add weighing capabilities to your process by converting a tank, conveyor or other structure into a scale. They are designed for static and dynamic applications with no compromise on safety – all safety features are standard, including FM and ATEX Approvals. The proven rocker pin design and metrologically approved load cells provide the highest level of weighing accuracy. SWB505 MultiMount features including SafeLock ensure easy, safe and trouble-free installation and operation right from the start.
Lift-Off Protection
A robust lift-off bolt protects the scale against tipping that can be caused by strong winds, seismic forces, or collisions
Safety Downstop
A vertical downstop supports the full weight of the loaded scale in case of catastrophic load cell failure
Integral Checking
Each weigh module is equipped with 360-degree checking to limit horizontal movement while allowing for thermal expansion and contraction
