Indeco - Model IMP 15 Series -Multiprocessor: Crusher, Shear, and Combi Cutter
Designed to ensure maximum versatility, the Indeco IMP multiprocessor is the perfect solution for specialist or non-specialist firms who need a tool that can handle a variety of different jobsite situations in the demolition and recycling field. Thanks to various tool kits, it can be used on the same machine in the different configurations of crusher, pulverizer, shear, Combi Cutter, and Car Dismantler.
The pluses
Made with the latest technologically advanced materials, such as special extra-strength HARDOX® alloy steel, which eliminates any flexing of the body, the Indeco IMP multiprocessor is designed to withstand high levels of pressure, wear and abrasion, and prolonged use regardless of jobsite conditions.
Unique features such as the special design of the jaws, the tried and tested rotation mechanism (found on all Indeco rotating products) and interchangeable teeth on the mobile jaw in crusher and pulverizer configuration, help this product perform very well in all applications.
The Shear, Crusher, and Pulverizer configurations feature some of the distinctive features of the ISS shears (cutting geometries, interchangeable cutters) and IRP/IFP Pulverizers (interchangeable tooth plate).
These features can also be found in the Combi Cutter configuration, equipped with interchangeable toothed plates at the front and extra-long blades at the back, for an easier demolition of reinforced concrete structures.
The thin, extra-long jaws of the Car Dismantler configuration are specifically designed for cutting, separating, and handling materials in vehicle scrapping operations.
