Flygt - Model N 3069 -N-Technology Water & Wastewater Pumps
The Flygt N 3069 small capacity wastewater pump series with Adaptive N® hydraulic technology is unique in its class and delivers outstanding cost-effective performance. Featuring a flexible installation concept, the pumps can be delivered for semi-permanent or portable submersible installation, as well as retrofit installation (configurations F, H, P, S, X). You can also choose from Hard-Iron or grey iron impeller material and standard or explosion-proof pump versions to customize the configuration to fit your exact requirements.
- Flows up to 136 m3/h
- Heads up to 26 m
- Power ratings 1.3 - 2.4 kW
- Discharge connection sizes 50 - 80 mm
- Pump weights 37 - 45 kg
Flygt N-pumps take on the toughest applications and get the job done. Every component is designed and manufactured to deliver sustained high efficiency. Thanks to the self-cleaning Adaptive N impeller, Flygt small range N-pumps lower your energy consumption and reduce unplanned maintenance costs. That adds up to total peace of mind – and big savings over the long term.
Most solid objects entering the pump will pass through the impeller between the impeller vanes. If an object gets caught on the leading edge of one of the vanes, it will slide along the backswept shape towards the perimeter of the inlet and be guided out through the relief groove.
When larger objects enter the pump, the Adaptive N technology allows the impeller to lift and let the objects through.
Due to the mechanical self-cleaning design, a sludge concentration up to 8% can easily be pumped.
With the Flygt N 3069, you can customize the installation to fit your exact needs. The bare pump is always your starting point. Then choose from among our pre-defined submersible pump installation kits (F, H, P, S or X). Designed to cover every model and outlet size, the kits are carefully pre-checked to ensure nothing is missing.
This modular approach also allows for late product configurations or multiple installation configurations.
The modular hydraulic design of Flygt Adaptive N pumps allows you to tailor the hydraulics to meet the requirements of a broad range of applications.
Hardened grey iron impellers are suitable for typical wastewater applications, while our Hard-Iron (60 HRC) impeller provides superior wear resistance for abrasive and corrosive applications.
The replaceable wear ring is also available in either grey iron or Hard-Iron to meet different operating conditions.
Like all Flygt Adaptive N pumps, the Flygt N 3069 is designed for lasting performance and reliability.
- Adaptive N impeller for non-clog pumping and sustained high efficiency.
- Short shaft overhang reduces shaft deflection and increases seal and bearing life.
- Motor is designed for submersible use. Heat is concentrated to the stator core for improved cooling properties.
- Double mechanical seal system consists of two sets of mechanical shaft seals that work independently to provide double security.
- Griploc system secures the mechanical seals to the shaft with no rubber friction, no grub screws and no shaft damage.
- SUBCAB® motor cable is specially developed for submersible use.
Free-standing (F)
Free-standing, semi-permanent, submersible pump installation. Free-standing pump with connection for discharge hose or pipe in sumps with restricted space.
Wet Pit (H)
Semi-permanent, submersible pump installation. Wet pit arrangement with the pump suspended under the discharge connection. The pump is automatically connected to the discharge pipe.
Wet Pit (P)
Semi-permanent, submersible pump installation. Wet pit arrangement with the pump installed on twin guide bars with automatic connection to the discharge pipe.
Portable (S)
Portable, submersible pump installation. Portable pump with hose coupling or flange for connection to the discharge pipe.
Drilled Flange (X)
The pump has no pre-determined mechanical connection. The outlet flange is drilled.
