Many companies produce nanobubbles, but no other provider offers our patented solution, which is perfectly equipped to solve your problem. The following characteristics make our nanobubble technology a game-changer for a greener and more productive world.
No Clogging or Wasted Water
Many systems use membranes to create nanobubbles. These membranes require large amounts of fresh water to work because they clog up in contaminated water. In contrast, we produce nanobubbles mechanically without membranes. Therefore, our system doesn’t clog in dirty water, and we don’t waste fresh water when operating it.
Any Gas for Any Application
Other companies use cavitation to break water apart and create their bubbles. Unfortunately, this process limits the gases the bubbles can contain to hydrogen and oxygen. Our nanobubble generation process allows for the use of whatever gas is necessary for effective treatment. Because of this, our technology has the potential to make a sizable difference by solving many problems.
Highly Scalable to Large Volumes
Most nanobubble generators require recirculating water multiple times through their device to achieve high nanobubble concentrations. This increases the cost and decreases the efficiency of the system. We multiply our output by up to 75 times through dilution of the flow through the system to achieve concentrations of over two trillion nanobubbles/gallon.
Low Energy Usage
Regular fine bubblers produce bubbles with low gas transfer efficiency. These bubblers require more energy to create more bubbles to transfer sufficient gas to the system. Our nanobubbles have both a higher gas transfer efficiency and stay in the solution longer than standard bubbles. For this reason, our solutions require lower energy costs to produce superior results for our clients.
Consistent Temperature
Some nanobubble production methods like cavitation also heat up the water. This unfortunate side effect increases gas loss, which leads to more pollution with less gas for water treatment. Our process does not require cavitation to increase the heat of the liquid. Without this limitation, the nanobubbles are much more effective at their transformative work.
No Harmful Chemicals Required
The standard approach of cleaning polluted water with chemicals can have unwanted, environmentally hazardous side effects. Fortunately, our nanobubbles make such chemicals unnecessary. By using a natural gas transfer process to clean the water, the bubbles do not have a negative impact on the environment.
