Nederman - NCF DX (EX) Fans
Nederman NCF EX are powerful fans with a robust construction of welded steel. The NCF EX is approved for conductive dust in zone 22 in accordance with ATEX direcxtives 94/9 Group 2, Category 3. NCF EX is a series of explosion proof central fans designed to suit Nederman’s FilterMax DX programme or similar systems. They are powerful fans with a robust construction of welded steel manufactured to withstand industrial operation. The NCF EX is approved for conductive dust in zone 22 in accordance with ATEX directive 94/9 group 2, category 3.
The fan has a brass protection grille on both inlet and outlet ducts and is equipped with brass linings inside the fan housing. The motor has protection class IP65. The fan housing is also equipped with an inspection cover for inspection and cleaning. The NCF EX has to be mounted after a filter unit to avoid the dust loaded air passing through the fan(max 100 mg/m3).
