The following cutting system is installed in the machine:
- Rotor with 2 adjustable resharpenable blades in hardened steel + 1 fixed counter-blade in hardened steel.
The ejection blades behind the rotor allow the chips to be expelled directly without any additional fan with related transmission, thus reducing maintenance and noise.
All versions are characterized by high-level technical choices:
- Two hydraulic feeding rollers with adjustable speed and rotation direction - make the management of the material to be shredded efficient.
- 270° turnable ejection pipe with adjustable discharge distance - guarantees the operator’s safety, avoiding the accidental discharge of the chips in his direction.
- Large and handy hopper - facilitates the feeding of the material to be shredded and allows a high hourly output.
- System for bearings’ lubrication - facilitates and speeds up maintenance.
- Nostress control - allows the automatic control of the material feeding.
- Soundproofed bonnet - reduces the noise pollution produced by the machine, allowing it to be used even in inhabited areas.
The motorized versions are equipped with electric start and belt transmission with switch lever and are supplied with homologated road trailer.
The tractor versions are equipped with belt transmission with gearbox and are supplied either with three-point linkage or with homologated road trailer for slow tow.
All versions are manufactured in compliance with the latest European safety standards.
