Neodymium magnets with rubber coat are strong NdFeB magnets covered with a layer of rubber. The rubber coating protects delicate surfaces from scratches, increases the load capacity in shear direction and protects the magnet better from corrosion. Fully Rubber Coated Neodymium Magnets can be waterproof to be used in wet environments. The rubber coat can be made in black, white, red, yellow, green, blue to make colorful magnets for office or organization. Please also note that the rubber covering will reduce the magnetic force.

We use TPV for the rubber coating. For which features very good properties of wear resistance corrosion resistance, UV proof or oil resistance.

Neodymium disc / cylinder magnets with rubber coating are popular used for memo magnets or whiteboard magnets for whiteboards or magnetic glass boards.

Rubber coated NdFeB countersunk magnets can be fastened with a matching countersunk screw for mounting. They are suitable for temporarily hanging signs, attaching tools etc. in booth construction, shopfitting and signage technology among other things.

1. Waterproof magnet: Fully rubber covered magnets are waterproof, can be used in wet environment or even underwater.
2. Anti-scratch magnet: The rubber coat can protect delicate contact surface from scratching. You can use a cylinder NdFeB magnet with rubber coat to hold a note on fridge with no scratch.
3. Non slip magnet: The rubber layer reduces magnetic force but increase friction force in shear direction, thus makes rubberized neodymium magnets more suitable for holding application in sliding direction like holding documents on a whiteboard.
4. Additional protection layer: The rubber coat also acts as an additional protection layer against rusting and corrosion, allowing rubber covered magnets longer working lifer, or working in outdoors and harsh environment.
5. More Color to Choose: Colorful magnets are available for neodymium magnets with rubber coat rather than individual neodymium magnets, can be used for decoration and organization.
