Tip manufacturing is fully automated in a Class 8 clean room, using state-of-the-art production processes and integrated quality control procedures. During production, each tip undergoes online optical inspection, to ensure consistent pipetting accuracy and precision.

LiHa Disposable Tips are available in a variety of tip volumes, with or without filters, and are made of conductive polypropylene to allow capacitive liquid level detection.
