MegaNet - Model SMR 5000 -Network Radio Collector

The SMR5000 Radio Collector is a high powered long range device that receives signals from the MTU’s and forwards them to the head-end receiver. The collector stores and forwards the data collected from the MTU’s through a wireless system using a secured licensed radio frequency. The unique high power output (6 watts) is ideal for managing communications networks and extending transmission distances. The SMR5000 can expand a localized radio network to a countrywide system due to the equipment’s extensive connectivity, modular design and smart programming. The SMR5000 is expandable taking the system design today while preparing for the growth of the future with the ability to operate on either VHF or UHF channels simultaneously.
