NEU-JKF - Industrial Fan
Since 1956, NEU-JKF has designed industrial fans (centrifugal fan, axial fan, radial fan), standard and specific designs. It has become today, a key player in industrial ventilation and is among the European leaders. In its 7,000 m2 factory in western France, benefiting from a test center and a machine shop, the company manages the entire production chain: design, cutting, bending, forming, welding, assembly, validation, tests, shipping, etc.
Integrated in industrial processes, the centrifugal and axial fans of NEU-JKF are designed to operate in many environments:
- Installed capacities Up to 150-200 m3/s, Up to 20,000 Pa, 0.75 to> 1000 kW
- Operating temperatures: -50 °C to + 800 °C (other on request)
- 39-impellor types - 20 standard impellor sizes
- 6 Profiles of vanes - 26 Arrangements
- Materials used: Carbon steels, medium and high yield strength Stainless steels AISI 304L, 316L, 316Ti, 904L, 2205, ... Aluminum, Titanium Special alloys: Hastelloy, Inconel. Recharged steel plates type CASTOLIN CDP
Custom-made industrial fan
NEU-JKF fans are designed by our Design Office on CAD and 3D CAD software. For each study, we give you 3D plans of the fan (DXF, DMG, IGES & DWG). We define for you the best proposal including aeraulic, acoustic and mechanical calculations (Element stress calculations, fluid mechanics analysis). The high efficiency of NEU-JKF Fevi industrial fans save energy and minimize environmental impact throughout their life cycle.
