The hydraulic roller are casted in lost wax casting process in Fly Foundry China. The lost wax casting process can help to control the dimensional accurancy of the hydraulic roller. 

Main inspection required for the lost wax cast hydraulic roller are dimension test, material test and balance testing. Material will be tested by spectrum before and after lost wax casting process. 

Surface of the cast hydraulic roller will be protected by anti-rust oil. Some customers require for hot dip galvanising or covered by rubbers or plastics. 

Upon lost wax cast hydraulic roller finished, we will get them packed and ready for delivery. Our prices are based on EXW, FOB and CIF terms.
