NIRMAL - Gas Conditioning Skid for Power Plants
NIRMAL provides turnkey solutions for Fuel Gas Conditioning Skids specifically designed for power plants. The company is responsible for the comprehensive design, engineering, procurement, assembly, and testing of these skids. The FG conditioning skids typically include equipment such as Knock Out Drums, Filter Separators, Natural Gas Pre-Heaters, and systems for pressure regulation and flow control. These skids can be custom-configured based on customer requirements to ensure ease of transportation and installation onsite. Additionally, the FG Skids can be fully automated and connected to a SCADA system for remote monitoring and control of various parameters and functions.
‘NIRMAL’ takes the overall responsibility of Design, Engineering, Procurement, Assembly and Testing of complete Fuel Gas Conditioning Skids for the Power Plants. ‘NIRMAL’ provides FG Conditioning Skid with Knock Out Drums, Filter Separators, Natural Gas Pre-Heaters, Pressure Regulation and Flow Control with different configurations as per customer requirements.
The designs are made such that the FG skids are engineered fabricated in different skid mounted parts for the ease of transportation and installations at site.
The FG Skids can be completely automatic unit having SCADA connectivity for remote monitoring and controlling various parameters and functionalities of the skid.
Some of the contaminants that are introduced into the natural gas supply as a result of the production and transportation processes are:
- Water and salt water
- Sand and clay
- Rust, iron sulfate, iron and copper sulfide
- Lubricating oil, wet scrubber oil, crude oil and hydrocarbon liquids
- Calcium carbonate
- Gas hydrates and ice
- Construction debris
- Maximum Working Pressure: Up to 100 Barg*
- Maximum Working Temperature: Up to 60 ºC*
- Pressure Rating: Up to ANSI 600#
- Filtration: Efficiency up to 0.3 microns can be achieved using special type of elements.

- Connection Size: 1” NB to 24” NB (Higher Size Available on Request)
