This test kit is based on the competitive enzyme immunoassay for the detection of AMOZ (3-anmino-5-morpholinomethyl) in the tissue (chicken, fish,shrimp). The coupling antigen is pre-coated on the micro-well stripes. The AMOZ in the testing sample competes with the coupling antigen pre-coated on the micro-well stripes for the antibody against AMOZ. After the addition of the enzyme conjugate, the TMB substrate is added for coloration. The optical density (OD) value of the testing sample has a negative correlation with the content of AMOZ in it. This value is compared to the standard curve and the content of the corresponding AMOZ is subsequently obtained.
