Nixalite - Model QD64FG -Surface Sanitizer and Deodorizer
QD64 is a multipurpose disinfectant concentrate that cleans, deodorizes and disinfects in one labor saving step. QD-64 contains synthetic detergents, emulsifiers, water softening agents, and two quaternary ammonium germicides that are EPA registered and USDA authorized when used as directed.

Caution - When cleaning contaminated surfaces, always wear a minimum of eye, respiratory protection and disposable gloves. Use a minimum of P100 respirators to protect yourself from bacteria, spores and other harmful particles.
Remove and properly dispose of any heavy deposits from surface. For basic disinfection and deodorizing, wet the surface with a solution of 2 fl oz of QD-64 per gallon of water. Keep wetted for at least 10 minutes. Rinse or wipe dry or allow to air dry.
For everyday use, the dilution rate is 1:64 or 2 fl. oz. per gallon of water. For heavily contaminated surfaces, mix at a 4 to 6 fl. oz per gallon of water. Do not breathe spray. Wear P100 respirators or better when spraying. See the product labeling for more information.
