Rapid Barrier - Non-Inflatable Barrier Wall

The install process is relatively simple:

1. Set up the support braces and place them 4-10 feet apart, the distance of which is pre-determined
2. Connect with the relevant material, 2” x 4-, 6- or 8-inch wooden boards, or 2’x 4’ plywood sheets placed horizontally or vertically, (the method of which is pre-determined), creating a wall.
3. Connect the sheet to the braces.
4. Weigh the sheet down with a heavy galvanized chain or other material such as sandbags.

Two workers, about 1 hour to set up a barrier wall 50 feet long and up to 8 feet high.

This system becomes more economic than inflatable barriers when the barrier height exceeds 6 ft.
