Schmitt - Model P Series -Non-Metallic Horizontal Centrifugal Pumps
The P series can pump media up to a temperature of 60 °C. Under the designation P-EX, we also offer an ATEX-certified version for use in ATEX zone 2. Thanks to magnetic coupling, these pumps operate contact-free and wear-free. This is ideal for toxic, environmentally hazardous or aggressive media. They are designed for high pressures and can be controlled very precisely.

Delivery of acids, bases, lye or other corrosive, harmful or toxic liquids in such applications, where even small leakages are not acceptable and a hermetically sealed pump is required. Delivery of highly pure and sensitive liquids, where contamination must absolutely be avoided.

- EPDM: Ethylene propylene diene M-class rubber, Food-safe (FDA, KTW, WRC), -40...+160° C
- FEP: Fluorinated ethylene propylene with Viton® or silicone core, -60…+200° C
- Kalrez ®: High performance elastomere up to +315° C
- PTFE: Pure Teflon®, fiber glass or carbon fiber reinforced
