Principle of the Dry Fog Humidifier
CYCO’s dry fog humidification tank boasts numerous advantages, such as non-wetting humidification performance, low energy consumption, high cost-effectiveness, and easy maintenance. The dry mist humidification tank utilizes a two-fluid mixing process of air and water, followed by triple vaporization and shearing. The sonic air ejected from the nozzle further atomizes the mixture. The mist ejected from another nozzle undergoes a similar atomization process, and through repeated collisions and shearing, the liquid droplets are further broken down by sound waves at frequencies of 33,000 to 40,000 Hz, achieving multi-stage atomization for an excellent spray effect. The spray particle diameter ranges from 5 to 7.5 μm.
The air mist humidifier delivers tap water and compressed air to a control device for pressure adjustment before being sprayed through a specially designed nozzle. Utilizing the cavitation effect, the water is atomized to achieve humidification. The atomized particles are typically controlled within the range of 10-20 μm, with an average of 10 μm.
