Taisei Kogyo HELIX - Model TH -Nozzle Fine Bubble Generator

The HELIX Nozzle Fine Bubble Generator is designed for creating fine bubbles through a unique shearing and mixing process. Primarily used for washing in various sectors such as machinery, food, beauty and medical. The technology applies to parts cleaning, pipe cleaning, and food washing, among other sensitive applications. The generator leverages patented technology (Japan Patent No.6169749) to create micro and ultra-fine bubbles, achieving a peak size of 16-20 micrometers. It functions by applying water pressure to evacuate the nozzle's interior, autonomously drawing in and mixing outside air. The maximum adjustable flow ratio of suction air to applied water can exceed 100%. Note that this generator is not suitable for fluids containing iron powder or corrosive substances. With a diverse array of configurations like air intake and flow meter sets, it's adaptable for a wide range of industrial and environmental uses.
