Navkar - Nutsche Filter Bags
Nutsche Pressure Filters Bags perform suction to separate liquids from solids. It is done under vacuum or pressure. These bags are made of specialized polypropylene filter cloth. As polypropylene fabric is good at separation mechanisms, the packs can be manufactured using either a flange or a drape. The Nutsche Pressure Filters Bags are versatile batch filters. It has a cylindrical vessel with a single planar filter leaf at the bottom. The bags contain re-slurry arms for cake washing and smoothing. It has a wide range of applications: dyeing, wastewater treatment etc. We at Navkar Filtech manufacture Nutsche Filter Bags and Sheets for all kinds of Nutsche Filters.
The entirely enclosed vessels of fixed volume are applied in the filter cloth. On the other hand, the vacuum pump performed the suction. When the cake is formed, the bags completely filter it.
