NEUTRATEK NeutraloxOdour Control System with Photoionization

SHARE

Neutralox offers an advanced solution for odour control through its innovative use of photoionization technology. The system capitalizes on the efficiency of photoionization to purify air by eliminating odorous compounds. Incoming air is first filtered to remove large particles and then exposed to a UV chamber where reactive radicals and activated oxygen reduce odorous pollutants. The remaining pollutants undergo a final purification in a specialized catalyst chamber, resulting in clean and odour-free air. Neutralox systems are designed for easy integration with existing infrastructures, offering mobile units equipped with components like dust filters, UV chambers, and control panels. Notably, the system is adaptable to different environmental conditions such as fluctuating pollutant levels and high moisture content, with an optional demister available for enhanced performance. Maintenance involves minimal labour as the UV bulbs and carbon catalysts have long lifecycles, ensuring efficient operation over time.

Discover the Mechanics of Photoionization

Photoionization is at the heart of Neutralox’s unmatched efficiency. As foul air enters the PI unit, it’s first cleansed of large particles by dust filters. It then advances into the UV chamber, where free radicals and activated oxygen neutralize the majority of odorous pollutants. The air stream, enriched with remaining pollutants and activated oxygen, undergoes final purification in the catalyst compartment.

At NeutraTek, we understand the significance of seeing is believing.

That’s why we’re excited to offer our innovative Pilot Program, designed to demonstrate the transformative power of Neutralox in real-world settings. This unique opportunity allows you to experience the efficacy of our photoionization technology firsthand, ensuring that Neutralox is the perfect fit for your odour control needs.

A Closer Look at Our Pilot Units

Our pilot process is tailored to provide a comprehensive preview of Neutralox’s capabilities. Over a typically one week period, you’ll witness the efficiency of our mobile units, each a compact powerhouse comprising a dust filter, UV chamber, catalyst chamber, fan, and control panel. Designed for easy deployment, each component can be lifted and carried by two people, allowing for seamless integration into your existing infrastructure.

Data at Your Fingertips

During the pilot, hydrogen sulphide and ammonia concentrations are monitored using Gastec tubes, offering clear, quantifiable insights into the system’s performance. You’re invited to collect data and conduct analysis, empowering you to make informed decisions about integrating Neutralox into your odour control strategy.

Adapting to Your Needs

Whether you’re dealing with fluctuating pollutant levels or moisture-laden air, Neutralox is engineered to adapt. Our system’s carbon catalyst chamber ensures complete reactions under variable conditions. An optional demister enables on-going performance in moisture laden air sources.

Maintenance Made Simple

Are you concerned about upkeep? Our PI system’s maintenance is as straightforward as it gets. With UV bulbs requiring replacement every 12,000 hours and the carbon catalyst typically designed for an 18-month lifecycle, the overall labour is minimal—approximately 1-2 person-days per PI unit per year. This efficiency extends to the system’s ability to easily handle odour spikes, temperature fluctuations, and humidity levels, all while boasting a compact footprint and instant on/off capabilities.

Why Neutralox Outshines the Rest

In the landscape of odour control, Neutralox represents a leap forward. It showcases a blend of technical sophistication with low operational demands and high efficiency. When compared to conventional odour control methods, Neutralox distinguishes itself through its unmatched capacity to provide clean air without compromise.
