The CRYSTAL PRO PLUS series consists of a fleet of filter systems which are complete and professional quality Assembled on a wheeled desktop entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel, it can be easily moved and locked using the integrated brakes. The filtering pressure is monitored by a pressure gauge and can be regulated by a dedicated valve. The liquid that drips from the filter unit is collected in a large tank (2.5 liters) which, through the practical EAS system, is returned to the filter unit. It is also provided with plexiglass side screens to keep the surrounding environment clean. For each application it is necessary to check the suitability and choose the cartons of the most appropriate filtering grade.

The product are particularly suitable for use:
- oenology (wine)
- food industry (oil, vinegar)
- brewing process

- Not suitable for aggressive liquids towards pump construction materials and gaskets (see technical specifications)
- Not appropriate for the transfer of petrol, solvents and, in general, in environments with risk of explosion and fire
- Possibility of reversing the pumping flow
- Possibility of working for short periods with closed pipes
- During installation, the pump must be filled with liquid, subsequently this operation is no longer necessary
- By disconnecting the filter unit tube and connecting a pair of tubes directly to the electric pump, it is possible to carry out transfer operations in a practical and fast way;;
- Made with a sturdy and durable wheeled frame entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel, the ideal solution for correct sanitation and corrosion resistance, it is designed to be transported by grasping it by the practical handle located near the pump operating switch; it is equipped with parking brakes for use in total safety.
- Filter pack consisting of 10 20x20 cm filtering cartons
- The filter unit is completed by plexiglass screens to keep the surrounding environment clean and a very large tank (about 2.5 lt) where the liquid is collected can drip from the filter pack
- Standard filtration degree size of cardboard series 18 micron, other sizes are available on request based on the type of filtering to be carried out (see table alongside);
- Upon request, the system can be equipped with the EAS system (Emptying Assisted System) which allows, by operating the system through a practical valve, to reinsert the liquid collected from the tray in the system;
- Thanks to the quality of the construction materials and the pump in quick disassembly version, this system is resistant to sanitizing products and washing temperatures up to 90°C
