Primary Solids Control Equipment
The Oil and Gas drilling solids control includes below primary solids control equipment.

• Shale shaker: For removing solids larger than 100 microns, this equipment is the first stage of solids control.
• Desander: The second stage solids control, this equipment can remove solids between 40-100 microns.
• Desilter: Our third stage is the desilter product range, which can remove solids between 20-40 Microns.
• Decanter centrifuge: These decanter centrifuges provide a fourth stage of solids control and are designed to remove solids between 2-7 Microns.
• Vacuum Degasser: We locate these after the shale shaker to remove the air or hazardous gas caught in the drilling mud.
