The PEWE premier line of OZ Oil/Water Separator systems cover the full range of flow and removal possibilities. The unique technology built into each PEWE OZ Oil/Water Separator system maximizes free Oil and Grease (OG) removal without the need for chemistry. With the Tru Counter-Cross Flo plate pack and the ParaLam Weir system with integrated effluent risers and optional gas cover, the OZ Oil/Water Separator achieves excellent results with minimal operator input. PEWE products and systems are designed in-house and produced under tight quality control. PEWE offers products worldwide to the food, petrochemical, pharma, metal, electronic, and other industries along with the municipal market.
The heart of the separation technology behind the PEWE OZ Oil/Water Separator® precision engineered ISO-FRP plate pack. Based on physical principles of Stoke’s Law, the design creates the specific conditions for separating particles along the surface of the plates and segregating them to the sediment cone(s) while the water exits for reuse or discharge.
The OZ Oil/Water Separator® chassis is very robust for handling heavy oils. The all welded AISI 304 stainless steel vessel is standard with 0.125″ plate. Custom steel material and thicknesses are available to suit your particular application. Additionally, the ISO-FRP plate pack can also be ordered in a custom material specification to meet temperature, viscosity and load requirements.
