Olfasense - Model TO8 -Evolution Olfactometer
The TO8 evolution olfactometer combines the latest scientific and technological advances with decades of practical experience – enabling us to set new benchmarks in the field of olfactometry.
The compact size and transportability of this olfactometer model mean you can use it equally as a home-based laboratory, as well as a mobile on-site laboratory to keep sample storage time to a minimum, increase flexibility, and offer quicker reporting.
The TO8 evolution olfactometer allows for easy setup and is simple to maintain. You can be assured of the reliability of our well-known robust equipment, manufactured in-house in Germany. The heart of the TO8 evolution olfactometer is the ultra-modern and purpose-designed dilution system, which is based on the proven principle of combining gas jet pumps and fixed sapphire orifices.
The olfactometer software package provides an olfactometer control software to support your laboratory in delivering odour measurements at the highest quality; as well as a state-of-the-art Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) which has been specifically designed to meet the needs of odour laboratories.
The new WiNose LIMS supports odour laboratories in fulfilling quality management procedures and in increasing efficiency in day-to-day lab operation by managing equipment, samples, measurement results, and panel data in a central location.
The TO8 evolution olfactometer is available as 4-station or 6-station olfactometer and meets all requirements of EN 13725:2022.

The TO8 evolution is an ergonomically designed olfactometer that focuses on the main sensor in olfactometry: the human nose. Our engineers have collaborated with professional industrial designers to focus on the interaction between man and machine. The height-adjustable nose masks allow the panellists to always sit in the optimal upright position, regardless of how tall they are. The centrally-located touch screen is easily accessible and suitable for both right- and left-handed users.
