Olympia - Model 100 and 120S -Mounted Hydraulic Boom

Developed with 2 tank capacity 1000 and 1200 liters, OLYMPIA S is fitted with the Alouette boom sideway folding or Sitelle boom with the back way folding with width ranging from 18 to 24m. Developing a mounted sprayer with a boom lifting system based on a parallelogram is audacious. This concept directly taken from the trailed sprayer technology offers the user a full range of applications: optimum load transfers, in field boom suspension, boom protection on the road, maximum stability while spraying, etc …
To go even further, CARUELLE has developed a tilted frame to ease the hitching.

Environmentally friendly :
Olympia is fitted with all the equipments which are for the respect of the environment. With its clean water tank, no return pipes in the tank, filling helps, ability to clean the tank and pipes in fields, air injection nozzles etc … CARUELLE brings you all the elements for a clean ant perfectly handled spraying.
Coupling : simple and eased maneuver
While uncoupled, the Olympia is tilted towards the back, that way the users can easily access the PTO shaft and different linking parts of the sprayer.This position also allows the sprayer to have a good stability while unlinked.
Two types of linkage can be fitted on the Olympia:
- automatic
- suspended semiautomatic for a improved stability and comfort while transport
Improved dumping capacity
The coupling suspension by elastic blocks reabsorbs every shock transmitted to the tractor by the sprayer. At 40km/h, drive safely, brake in total serenity, and avoid any obstacle peacefully… and in silence!
CARUELLE manages all of its painting chain, from the blasting to the finishing touch, which allows us to bring you a implement resistant to weather conditions and to the spread products.
The tank is made out of 12mm thick polyethylene to last in time. It lies on a smooth materiel which is fixed on the frame to absorb every shock and vibration.
CARUELLE designed a rolling gauge (patent) which allows you a precise reading of the level in the tank.
- Anxious to preserve the environment, CARUELLE designs implements that allow you to insure security users but also for your working environment, the company managed to fit an overflow pipe which brings the phyto product at the other end of the sprayer for your safety.
- To help you improve the rinsing of your sprayer, CARUELLE got rid of all the return pipes (patent) which you can find in older sprayers. Associated to the pyramidal form of the tank and its smooth inside, CARUELLE has decreased the risk of deposit in the tank. It improves the performances of you rinsing.
- To avoid any siphoning in case a hose breaking, CARUELLE fitted every tank entry with check valves to preserve the environment from any accidental pollution. These valves are associated to anti-foam deflectors which bring back the phyto product onto the smooth tank side.
- The whole circuit can be pressure cleaned, it’s the guarantee of a neat sprayer. Moreover, dead spots are reduced thanks to the pyramidal shape of the tank, its small suction well and small diameter pipes.
