Omega - Model XF454 FITC/Cy5 -Dual Band Premium Fluorescence Filter Set

Because of their wavelength separation FITC and Cy5 make a popular choice for dual labeling in a single sample as spectral bleed-through is virtually non-existent. This filter set is also ideal for green and far red emitting fluorophores such as Alexa Fluor 488, Hylite 488, Oregon Green, Cy2, Alexa Fluor 647 and Hylite 647. Our standard filter sets are offered with 25mm round excitation and emission filters and 25.7x36mm dichroics. These sizes are appropriate for a wide number of microscopes.
