The OnGuard Silver Replacement Sensor is an essential component designed for the OnGuard series of real-time atmospheric corrosion monitors by Purafil. This sensor provides accurate and reliable measurement of corrosion rates using advanced copper and silver sensors. It integrates seamlessly with the OnGuard 4000 system to track reactive contaminants and monitor air quality. It also stores data that can be accessed over the internet or transmitted directly to a process control system, making it ideal for environments where corrosion must be meticulously controlled, such as server rooms, control rooms, and critical parts storage rooms. The system ensures compliance with ISA Standard 71.04-2013 by maintaining a low-corrosion environment, thus protecting sensitive electronics and preventing costly maintenance and downtime. Additionally, the sensor boasts long service life and can be powered through various means including PoE or AA batteries for remote locations.
