OP - Model TUBOCUT 5 -Automatic Cutting Line
The TUBOCUT 5 is a semi-automatic cutting line designed for precise cutting of flexible hoses. It features a hose diameter capacity from 10 to 41 mm, a cutting precision of +/- 0.5%, and adjustable belt speeds of 15, 30, or 40 meters per minute. The machine is suited for heavy-duty applications with a maximum reel weight of 150 kg and includes optional features like a fume extractor, hose marking system, and barcode connection. It operates on a standard voltage of 400V 50Hz 3 phase, with its blade motor delivering 5.5 kW of power.
TUBOCUT5 is an automatic cutting line ideal for the volume production of hose assemblies. The machine can cut hoses up to a diameter of 1'' four spirals; cutting range goes from a minimum outside diameter of 10 mm up to 41 mm.
