The Block Ejector separates frozen blocks from the freezing frames in an efficient and gentle manner. When integrated into a system with other Optimar products, the blocks are automatically transported to the packing station, while the empty frames are returned to the packing table.

The machine uses hydraulically driven cylinders to lift the frozen block vertically out of the freezing frame. After separation, the frame and block continue on their own level in height.
