The product is loaded into the tank via conveyors from the top. During the thawing process, a recirculation pump, heat exchanger and air blowers help ensure optimal and gentle thawing.

Thawing with cold water provides maximum product quality for the next process (such as filleting), with a progressive and even thawing process that preserves the structure and properties of the product.
