ORION - Model EST-S -Turntable Type Thermostatic Chamber
Temperature Control Range [Low Temperature] : -40℃ to +25℃(80℃). Temperature Control Range [High Temperature] : Room-temperature (RT) + 40 ℃ to RT + 80 ℃ (125 ℃). Temperature Drop Time [Low Temperature] : 60 min or less (25 ℃ to –40 ℃). Temperature Rise Time [High Temperature] : 60 min or less (25 ℃ to +80 ℃).

So far, existing low-temperature chambers have generally carried out temperature stability control by being cooled through a refrigeration circuit and heated with an electric heater. ORION`s originally developed Heat Pump Balance Control※1 is the ideal temperature control system which achieves wide ranging energy savings by doing away with a temperature control heater, and instead utilizing latent heat produced from the cooling process to achieve temperature control. We have achieved the greatest level of energy savings in the world for cooling chambers of 30 ℃ or lower by utilizing our Heat Pump Balance Control.
- Heat Pump Balance Control is temperature control achieved through advance control of the balance of seemingly simultaneous operation of cooling and heating functions with only a single air conditioning unit. A new technology that offers both high-precision operation along with power savings stemming from a high level control technology that is able to move heat without waste, and is able to operate even without the use of a heater.

Turntables are made of low-cost but sturdy, and highly corrosion resistant SUS (stainless steel) sheet. The table inside the chamber can be manufactured to suit the customer`s work pieces.
