metroSTOR PTM offers secure and easily accessible outdoor storage space with a full height access door to each individual compartment. Linear in design format for location in narrow spaces such as along pathways and close to buildings, metroSTOR PTM is ideally suited to residential schemes as a configurable system that optimises multi-purpose outdoor storage requirements in a neat and unobtrusive way. metroSTOR PTM is the solution to help ensure the safety of residents and their belongings with communal areas that can be maintained clear of obstructions and any combustible items at all times.
There is a flexibility central to metroSTOR PTM product design that means that you can specify locker units to suit project specific requirements, with two standard depths at 1200mm and 1800mm, two standard widths at 1050mm and 1250mm and any number of modules from a single unit upwards, including stepped arrangements for sloping sites. All units are available as CAD blocks / BIM models for ease of planning and site layout design.
This highly flexible specification extends to a class leading choice of panel types, finishes, access systems and roof options, enabling metroSTOR PTM Outdoor Storage Units to add a welcome architectural impact to the scheme in addition to fulfilling the practical storage function. A choice of 4 product series to optimise storage type and available footprint. Multiple units can be added in linear format in accordance with requirements.
metroSTOR PTM product design allows for greenroof to be specified from standard design. Integral galvanised steel shelving units can be fitted to accommodate the intended storage items.
metroSTOR PTM panel module cladding can be specified from a broad range of standard finishes.
The highly configurable lockcase accommodates lock only and deadlock with key management options and also mechanical or powered keypad access.
Unique adjustable plinth enables metroSTOR PTM units to be installed in uniform line and level without costly groundworks.
Fully welded steel frame with security fixings ensures possessions secured inside cannot be removed even if panel integrity is compromised by attempted theft.
