Electro Flux - Over Band Permanent Magnetic Separators

Electro Flux Over Band Permanent Magnetic Separators are non-electric suspended type separators which does not require any external power source. The tramp iron contains an inside material which is conveyed under the magnet attracted and its force will pull the iron particles to the face of the magnet. Iron particles attracted through the self-cleaning method are automatically and continuously removed from the permanent magnet by the belt that travels around the magnet which throws them to the chute.

The separator adapts to any belt width and has uniform magnetic strength with high durability. The Over Band Permanent Magnetic Separators can be customized in different heights in order to produce the required magnetic strength

Self-cleaning type uses a two-pulley design. Self-cleaning magnets are mounted in line with the material flow, while cross belt self-cleaning magnets remove the ferrous materials over the side of the conveyor.
