The ROTAMILL Oxidator is a thermal regenerative exhaust gas purification plant that cleans solvent or odor loaded exhaust gasses. Through extremely high intern heat recovery it is possible to run the combustion process without or with a low consumption of fuel.

Large volumes of air can be cleaned with the positive effect of a thermal heat recovery system. Exhaust gasses that contain hazardous substances are leaded through hot ceramic bodies of the heat exchanger first. Thereby the exhaust gasses are heated up to reaction temperature. In the downstream combustion chamber the hazardous substances are oxidated at temperatures of up to 850°C. The resulting combustion heat reduces the power requirements of your burner, depending on the pollutant and its heating value.

Afterwards the hot gasses are flowing through the heat exchanger, where they deliver their energy content. Now the cleaned exhaust gasses can be blown into the atmosphere.

ROTAMILL’s Oxidators convince through their excellent heat recovery and clean gas value. They are also lying under the regulations of TA-Luft. Depending on the initial concentration and the required clean gas value, the Oxidator is provided with an additional scavenging air filter or a third reactor.
