The plate-type ozone generation system adopts advanced modular design ideas. The power frequency conversion control box, transformer and combined discharge chamber modules are completely designed and produced in accordance with standardized modules. These three parts form a set of discharge module units. Similar modules can be replaced and backed up; The discharge module units produce gas in parallel, and the required ozone output can be flexibly adjusted by adding or subtracting the discharge module units, which is convenient for expansion, and there is no need to worry about insufficient design output.
The discharge chamber uses advanced aerospace materials — aluminum-magnesium-titanium alloy as the electrode. The surface is ceramicized by the micro-arc oxidation process to isolate the metal electrode from the oxygen-rich discharge environment. Compared with traditional bare stainless steel electrodes, it can avoid the attenuation of ozone production caused by electrode discharge corrosion. Moreover, the discharge chamber sealing material adopts special plastics with excellent corrosion resistance to ensure consistent sealing performance. The discharge module units operate independently and are used in parallel without affecting each other. The failure of a single discharge module unit has little impact on the operation of the whole machine, and it can be quickly switched to the backup discharge module unit. Therefore, the entire system only needs to back up a small number of discharge module units, which is better than traditional equipment whole-machine backup solutions or no backup solutions, which can save a lot of investment costs.
The power frequency conversion control box module, the transformer module and the combined discharge chamber module are installed in a cabinet or on an open stand with clear structured. The slide rail design enables the combined discharge chamber module to be quickly disassembled and assembled like a drawer, minimizing maintenance. The system can be operated through the touch screen, the interface is simple and clear, and it can also transmit signals to the central control room through communication to achieve 24-hour monitoring and operation.
In order to improve the discharge efficiency, the plate-type discharge chamber structure is adopted, the air gap (discharge gap) can reach 0.2mm or less, the ceramic is used as the dielectric body, which is better than the glass and enamel of traditional equipment, and its optimized high-frequency and high-voltage power supply design can make the frequency up to 8000~10000Hz, which is better than the intermediate frequency power supply of traditional equipment. These designs not only increase the upper limit of ozone concentration, but also reduce the power consumption and oxygen consumption per unit output of ozone. The rated power of the ozone host is 7.0kW/kgO3, reaching the international advanced level.
The standardized module is installed on the stand, and the structure is compact, which can realize the integrated installation of the whole cabinet or container.
