A.T.E. Envirotech offers a packaged STP with de-nitrification and ultra filtration processes. The treatment stage comprises of an anoxic bioreactor and a fluidized bed aerobic bioreactor ultra filtration. Treated sewage can be safely utilized as make up water in water cooled chillers for toilet flushing, gardening. - De-nitrification step to remove residual nutrients. This helps eliminating the formation of algal slime in the end user tanks and equipment like cooling towers etc.
- Fluidized aerobic biological (FAB) process to ensure optimum contact area for the reaction in a compact foot print Fluidized media also eliminates the choking problem associated with fixed-film media.
- Aeration is provided through high efficiency disc type micro-bubble diffusers. Each diffuser has a non return valve that protects it from ingress of sludge and choking.
- The terminal treatment step comprises membrane based ultra filtration (UF). Ultra filtration is the most advanced stage of filtration. UF reduces the suspended solids content in the recycle water to almost below detectable limits, giving a clear filtrate. Ultra filtration membrane even restrains the passage of viruses thus virtually sanitizing the water being recycled.
