Waste water first reaches the "Channel" with manual or automatic cleaning screens. The solids in the wastewater that cannot be dissolved in the water are retained and are removed from the system manually or automatically.
Manual Gratings are generally manufactured as ST37 material and galvanized coating. However, depending on the population and flow rate, "Automatic Mechanical Screen" should be preferred. Mechanical gratings are made of AISI304 or AISI316 Stainless steel. The mechanical screen works automatically and automatically transfers the solid materials to the waste bucket.
The waste water, which is purified from solid materials by passing through the screens, reaches the pre-settlement basin. The settleable particles, especially the suspended solids in the waste water, are kept in the settling basin. Thus, the pollution load of the waste water decreases to a certain extent, and as a result, it allows the mechanical equipment throughout the system to operate smoothly.
The solid particles accumulating on the sedimentation basin floor must be removed from the system separately by pulling them with the help of vacuum trucks at certain periods.
The water transferred from the upper level of the pre-settlement basin is collected in the “BALANCEMENT BASIN”. The balancing basin, designed on a project basis, is used to store water. Especially, the waste water that may occur every hour is transferred to the BIOLOGICAL TREATMENT REACTOR in a balanced manner with the help of a pump.
Waste water taken from the balancing basin with the help of a pump is transferred to the project-based BIOLOGICAL REACTOR (Package Sewage Wastewater Treatment System) tank. A certain level of wastewater is taken into the tank with the help of level sensors or floats in the tank. With the blower, which is compact in the system, oxygen transfer is provided so that microorganisms can live and reproduce. In this way, wastewater that has reached a certain amount of oxygen enrichment, blower becomes passive under PLC Automation control and microorganisms in wastewater that is kept still for a certain period of time collapse to the bottom of the tank in this way, by sending a command, the DISCHARGE PUMP finally discharges the treated water. line or channel, CHLORINE DOSING is applied on the discharge line to prevent possible bacterial escape and in addition to this, odor formation is prevented.
