Due to the low weight, a pallet scale is the ideal solution for quick and easy weighing at different locations. To make it easier to transport the lightweight 40 kg verifiable pallet scale, the U-frame is fitted with a handle and two roller wheels. To weigh pallets on the scales, it is not necessary to remove the pallet truck or the forklift truck forks from the pallet. Simply lower the stacked material and place it on the U-structure. These pallet scales are developed so that Euro pallets fit exactly on the frame of the pallet scales and can be weighed. The combination of the weighing platform of the indicator MWI is designed for simple weighing applications in verifiable and non-verifiable area. Due to their light construction, pallet scales are intended for mobile use. Count on BOSCHE quality Made in Germany.

The mobile pallet scale can be easily transported by the transport rollers.
The U shape of the verifiable pallet scale allows an easy placement of the EU pallets by driving directly the pallet with the pallet truck between each fork and placed on the spars of the pallet scale.
The U shaped weighing bridge is equipped with four high-quality load cells.
The indicator MWI record individual weighing results and also return the total of all weights in the weighing run. The weights are shown on a user-friendly 60 mm display. The tare function covers the entire measuring range.
The pallet scale is supplied for mains operation as standard (mains plug included). The optional rechargeable battery allows for weighing without connection to the mains supply. The optional serial RS-232 data interface permits a bidirectional data transfer of the weights to a printer, PC or second display. Transmission cables, second display or printers are available as accessories.
Construction
The extremely low, U-shaped weighing bridge is made of powder-coated steel. The high-strength tubular frame allows the scales to withstand a payload of up to 3 tons.
As with all BOSCHE scales, all the cables and load cells are laid in the frame and therefore protected against damage.
The rugged industrial connector of the pallet scale is housed securely and the Quick-Lock system of the connector ensures a quick and secure connection.
The platform is connected to the indicator by a 5 meter steel-sheathed cable (a longer cable connection can be used for non-verifiable scales).
The display can also be disconnected from the Platform by a verified scale. This saves costs when changing a damages cable since a new verification is not necessary.
The indicator can be attached to the wall using a standard mount or installed on a table. A stand is available as an optional extra.

The display is a robust, user-friendly, its functions are easy and quick to understand.
Operation
Operation of the device via the membrane keypad is intuitive and easy to learn - even for untrained staff.
The calibration and function setting is done easy via the keypad.
Functions
HIGH-OK-LOW, Animal weighing function, Tare, summation/addition - up to 9,999 weighings
Percentage weighing - check weighing / Plus-minus weighing - setting a target weight and tolerance values for setpoint control. It is also possible for a classification with traffic light system.
Power Supply
By default, the indicator is powered via an AC adapter or the internal battery. The optional 1.3 Ah battery pack provides with up to 30 hours of main-free operation, absolute mobility, in which the device for stationary use can easy oparate in network operation. The plug-in mains adapter is included as standard in delivery.
Interfaces
The RS 232 interface allows a bidirectional data transfer of weight data to a PC, printer or remote display.
Transmission cable, external second display (suitable for sale to the public ) or printers are available as accessories.
