MT - Model TSV Series -Pallet Shredder
Pallet Shredder is designed to shred wood pallet wastes and use them as fuel. The pallet entry hopper is easy to use and is manually fed. It can grind wooden pieces in desired sizes with easily changeable sieve and crusher blades. Depending on the firing speed, it can break an average of 30-40 pallets per hour of production.
We have Fixed Pallet Shredder and Mobile Pallet Shredding Machine in various capacities according to customer demand. It is a single shaft pallet shredder with very low maintenance and long-lasting use thanks to the rotor assembly, dust-protected bearings, transmission shock absorber and special cutting blades. In case foreign objects enter the shredder, the plc system automatically turns the motor back. Efficient technology and energy are especially important for continuously running machines. MT technology enables minimum energy consumption and maximum performance.
