Panel Mount Bulkheads
Panel mount bulkheads are made of medical-grade polypropylene and comprise two pieces of fittings, the main bulkhead part and the fixing stator. This tube fitting is widely used for connecting flexible tubing through metal, plastic, acrylic or wooden instrumental housing to transfer fluid or air from one side to another.
Panel mount bulkheads are formed by an elongated S-shaped cross-section and an axial passage extending from top to bottom. The Panel mount bulkheads are joined by tenon in mortise joints, preferably via a spade-shaped tenon. The assembly is capped with a channel to position and strengthen the upper ends of the panels. A stake positioned through the passage and into the earth also secures the panels. The panels are positioned by water flow through the passage during the sinking process. Soil stabilization chemicals can also be introduced through the passage. A nozzle for the lower end of the passage is also disclosed. Panel mount bulkheads are made of medical-grade polypropylene and comprise two pieces of fittings, the main bulkhead part, and the fixing pieces.
Panel mount bulkheads are used to mount RF connectors and waveguide pipe penetrations which cause less impact on the shielding performance. RUNZE FLUID produces barbed panel mount bulkheads mainly in natural PP material in multiple sizes. RUNZE FLUID is dedicated to manufacturing bulkhead connector panels of almost any size. For situations where complex hole layouts or connector positions are critical, RUNZE FLUID can use precise processing tools to process punch patterns to perfectly meet customer requirements.
