The built in smart MENU interface allow the user to fully configure the analyzer through the onboard MENU system.  No need for a complicated laptop or other control device to setup the analyzer in the field.

Alarm functionality comes in the way of 2 fully adjustable form C non-latching relay contacts. These can be configured as NO or NC and can be set as HIGH or LOW with optional delay mode. A power failure alarm is also standard and comes as a form C non-latching relay contact.

The analyzer is designed as an extractive type unit to draw the sample through its integrated sample system which includes a bypass / isolation valve, flow needle valve and a visual rotameter / flowmeter.

The standard cell (TO2-133) is unaffected by other background gases such as hydrogen, helium, or hydrocarbons. The optional acidic cell (TO2-233) works well when acid gases such as CO2 or Natural Gas are present.  All oxygen sensors are manufactured in house by Southland Sensing Ltd. under a strict ISO9001:2015 / ISO13485:2016 quality system.

The sensors are self-contained and minimal maintenance is required – no need to clean electrodes or add electrolyte.

Designed to measure trace oxygen in the sub 1 ppm region (Parts-Per-Billion, Parts-Per-Million & Percent Oxygen Values). The unit combines an advanced set of electronic features including a smart MENU interface along with our industry leading precision electrochemical oxygen sensor technology. The result is a highly reliable and cost effective panel mount oxygen analyzer with an easy-to-use user interface.  The panel mount enclosure is designed as a direct fit replacement for competitive analyzers in the field.

Specific applications typically include continuous real-time monitoring of air separation, pharmaceutical & semiconductor processes.
