The ESPEC Panelized Walk-In Temperature & Humidity Test Chambers are designed for a broad range of applications in the construction and electronics markets as well as various R&D projects. Featuring an intuitive control panel with a tabbed user interface, the chambers allow users to effortlessly access specific screens. Equipped with a standard Ethernet (LAN) port, these chambers enable remote monitoring and control from a PC or mobile device. Optional web browser communication expands user capabilities, including start, stop, and condition modification tasks. Email alerts inform users of triggered alarms, requiring a mail server connection. The chambers include online diagnostics services, which capture operational issues and send the data to ESPEC for support and troubleshooting. The E Series also boasts a unique cooling control system with an electronic expansion valve and DC inverter, achieving significant energy savings and continuous refrigeration capacity adjustment. Modular Air Plenums (MAPs) streamline installation by integrating heating, refrigeration, and humidity control into the system. Cross-output control optimizes power usage by prioritizing the heater over the humidifier, preventing dew and condensation. Easy Control & Remote Monitoring

The tabbed user interface of the control panel makes access to specific screens easier than ever.
An Ethernet (LAN) port comes as standard, which makes it possible to connect to and monitor the chamber from a PC or mobile device. As an option, a web browser can be used to communicate with the chamber to perform tasks such as start, stop and modifying test conditions. When an alarm is triggered, an email is sent to the registered PC or mobile address. Connection to a mail server is required to use the email alert.

Backtrace Function & Online Diagnostics Services

When the chamber stops due to an issue, the details will be automatically recorded and saved. The user can send this information to Espec by email and we will analyze the problem and report the diagnosis back to you. This service ensures an accurate diagnosis so that appropriate troubleshooting can be supplied to ensure minimal downtime.

Greatly Reduced Power Consumption 

The E Series test chambers feature a unique cooling control system which greatly reduces power consumption. Composed of an electronic expansion valve and a DC inverter this cooling system can continuously change refrigeration capacity.  ESPEC has standard air conditioning systems, called Modular Air Plenums (MAP). These MAPs are designed with the proper heating, refrigeration, and humidity control to achieve your desired performance and capabilities. The MAP simply rolls-up to an assembled panel chamber to complete installation.

Cross-Output Control 

This is a large chamber with a wide test area, so demands relatively high power levels. The cross-output control limits the maximum current of the heater and the humidifier by giving priority to the heater and adjusting the humidifier. This feature can also be used to prevent dew & condensation.

All-Weather LED Lights 

The recently developed LED lights which can be used across all programs enable energy savings, long life and excellent responsiveness.
