Panizzolo - Model Mega 735 -Stationary Hammer Mills

Many years of experience in the industry have qualified Panizzolo Recycling for the production of hammer mills with significantly higher grinding efficiency compared to the products currently on the market. Recycling machines that ensure high efficiency and high quality output materials are the key to a continuous and therefore profitable production cycle over time.

The processed bulky metal scrap can cause significant wear, thus jeopardising the actual yield of a recycling process over time.

The components of our cutting-edge Mega hammer mills feature a specially reinforced and armoured structure while retaining all the performance of the Flex range.

The processing logic has been designed to assure even wear of each component, so as to avoid sudden breakdowns and drops in production. Our hammers and armours are made of special wear-proof castings which allow bulky waste consisting of bulky materials that cause significant wear to be processed.

Our experience in this area is the result of long experiments carried out jointly with the Engineering Department of the University of Padua and field-tested in our in-house refining plant.

Fields of application
The hammer mill can grind heavy duty metal scraps and which cause significant processing peaks. Some examples include: Electric motors up to 40 kg, mixed metals, car engines, crankcases and mixed aluminium, mixed metal scrap and still more.

Oscillating surface with eccentric
Specifically designed by Panizzolo to handle the infeed and outfeed material and reduce vibrations to the machinery. The special system evenly distributes material, appropriately checking and balancing the material flow.

Reduction of environmental vibrations
56 vibration dampers are installed between the base and floor. They can dampen about 80% of the vibrations produced by machining, thus protecting structural quality and operator safety.

Electric panel: design and components
The Mega series includes a totally in-house designed electric panel. This allows for the quality check of the components and their constant upgrading. Specific energy analysers record processing data and dialogue with the software. To protect the components against metal dust, the panel is insulated and equipped with a filtering and temperature control system of the inlet air.

Depending on production requirements, the machinery can quickly be combined with a wide range of accessories and sorting systems.
