Fully welded ball valve is welded after sheet metal is forged and pressed. The weight is about 10-20% lighter than bolted structure ball valve, and valve volume is also small. It also reduces potential external leakage from connection of body and bonnet and improves the reliability of the valve, so it has a long service life, is the best choice for long distance transport pipes. The seat is made of a carbonized Teflon seal ring and a disc spring, so it is adaptable to changes in pressure and temperature, and does not cause any leakage within the pressure and temperature range.
