The concrete manure silo offered by PAS Manure Storage Systems is designed for durability and minimal maintenance. Developed in collaboration with Appel, a company with over four decades of experience, this silo is a resilient storage solution for modern livestock farming. Constructed from prefabricated elements, the silo ensures optimal manufacturing conditions and is fully KIWA certified. Available in capacities ranging from 400 m³ to approximately 5000 m³ and heights of 4, 5, or 6 meters, the silo's dimensions and features can be customized to meet specific requirements. Standard features include a 6” filling/removal station and a 315 mm underground PVC KIWA pressure pipe, with options for additional connections and accessories. The assembly process involves reinforcing a concrete base and sealing the silo with fertilizer-resistant sealant. The silo also features a PVC tensioned cover with mixholes. The prefabricated elements guarantee you a silo that is produced under the most ideal factory conditions.
The concrete manure silo is available in volumes from 400 m³ to approx. 5,000 m³ and in heights of 4, 5 or 6 meters. The diameters vary from ø11.80m to ø35.90m. The size and content is tailored to the wishes of you and your company.
The silo is standard equipped with a 6 ”filling / removal station and a PVC KIWA pressure pipe of ø315 mm underground. You can choose to expand this with an 8 “connection and a separate adapter to 6”. But also consider a return line to the pit, a ø160mm filling line with shut-off valve and electric or PTO driven mixers.
